In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "phwine," "we," "us," "our" refers to the phwine platform, its operators, and affiliates operating the services available at phwine.cam.
• "Platform" refers to the phwine website at phwine.cam, including all games, services, tools, and features accessible therein.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the phwine Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on phwine following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited into a phwine account via approved payment methods that have cleared and are available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins converted to funds, or other non-deposited credits granted by phwine subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process phwine uses to confirm a player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.

By creating an account on phwine, completing the registration process, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the phwine Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them;
• You have read and agree to phwine's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• All information you provide to phwine during registration and KYC verification is accurate, complete, and current.

Your continued use of the phwine Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. phwine recommends reviewing these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use the phwine Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations;
• Be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing phwine from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;

• Not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the phwine Platform or any other regulated gaming platform for violation of terms;
• Not be acting under the influence of any state-imposed exclusion order.

phwine reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility requirements are found not to have been met. Any winnings accumulated on an ineligible account may be voided and forfeited.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create a phwine Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and truthful information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one (1) phwine Account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phwine employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended, all balances may be voided, and any winnings may be forfeited without further notice.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwine Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. phwine support will never request your password via any communication channel. You must notify phwine immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. phwine is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain credential security.

4.4 KYC Verification

phwine conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm identity and age. Valid Philippine government-issued identification documents accepted include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), Social Security System (SSS) ID, and Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) card. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. phwine may request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering requirements or regulatory obligations.

phwine accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-resident players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BDO online banking, BPI online banking, Metrobank online banking, USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), Coins.ph wallet, and 7-Eleven Cliqq cash deposit network.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposit payment methods must be registered in your own name and must match the identity confirmed during KYC verification. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount for GCash and Maya is ₱100 per transaction. Minimum amounts for other methods may vary and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• phwine does not charge deposit fees on GCash or Maya transactions. Fees charged by your payment provider are outside phwine's control and are not reimbursed.
• Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your phwine Real Money Balance in real time following successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) may take 5–30 minutes to credit during banking hours. phwine is not responsible for delays caused by the banking infrastructure or payment intermediaries.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT) deposits are credited following the required blockchain network confirmations. Processing times vary depending on network congestion at the time of the transaction.

5.2 Deposit Limits

phwine may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits on individual accounts or as a platform-wide policy. Players may also set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in their account dashboard. Self-imposed deposit limits take immediate effect and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period as specified in the Responsible Gaming section.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions and phwine's verification procedures.

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• KYC identity verification must be fully approved before phwine will process any withdrawal request, regardless of amount.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

• GCash and Maya: Processed within 1–2 hours for amounts below ₱50,000, subject to verification status.
• Bank Transfer (BDO, BPI, Metrobank): Processed within 1–24 hours during banking days. Processing may be delayed during Philippine public holidays.
• USDT: Processed within 30 minutes following internal review, subject to blockchain network conditions.
• Coins.ph: Processed within 1–4 hours following verification.

Processing times stated above are targets and not guarantees. phwine is not liable for delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions, or blockchain networks. phwine will communicate delays to affected players via their registered contact details where the delay is attributable to a phwine-internal process.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

phwine may impose withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, or per week on individual accounts or as part of a platform-wide policy. Applicable limits are communicated within the player account dashboard at the time of withdrawal request. Players with enhanced VIP status may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits subject to additional verification.

phwine offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is made available.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable as Real Money Balance.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for welcome and reload bonuses at phwine is 30× the bonus amount. Specific promotion terms may specify different requirements.
• Different game categories contribute differently toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements within the specified expiry window will be forfeited.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

phwine actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; employing betting patterns designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures; and any other conduct that phwine reasonably determines constitutes manipulation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, phwine reserves the right to void the bonus balance, reverse any associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.

All games available through the phwine Platform are supplied by third-party game providers who hold active certifications from independent testing laboratories including eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). These certifications confirm that game outcomes are determined by a properly functioning, audited Random Number Generator (RNG) and that published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages accurately reflect game behavior.

8.1 Game Rules

8.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a software, hardware, or network malfunction that causes a game to produce an incorrect result, phwine and the relevant game provider reserve the right to void the affected game round. Where possible, bets placed in the affected round will be refunded to the player's Real Money Balance. phwine is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of a technical malfunction, including connectivity issues on the player's end.

8.3 Disputed Outcomes

All game results are final once the relevant game round is confirmed as completed by phwine's gaming system. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to phwine support within 14 days of the disputed event. phwine will review the game logs and respond with a determination within 10 business days of receiving a complete dispute submission.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwine Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Using the phwine Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name for deposits or requesting withdrawals to accounts not in your own name;
• Employing software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate the phwine Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer card and table games;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or in any game for financial gain;

phwine is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered players through their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phwine's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of funds held in your phwine Account at the time the claim arises.

phwine is not liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses attributable to the house edge in any game;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or delays beyond phwine's reasonable control, including Philippine internet service provider outages, payment gateway downtime, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits phwine's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phwine collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the phwine Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phwine uses personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications (where consent has been provided). phwine does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary to provide phwine's services or to comply with legal obligations.

14.1 Suspension by phwine

phwine reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: these Terms have been violated; the Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or money laundering purposes; the player is ineligible to use the Platform; or there is a risk of harm to the player through excessive gambling activity.

14.2 Account Closure by Player

Prior to closure, any verified Real Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus Balance funds are forfeited upon account closure unless all wagering requirements have already been satisfied.

14.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. phwine will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email address before applying an inactivity fee or closing the Account. The applicable inactivity fee and process are communicated to the player at the time their Account is identified as dormant.
